Why this image or video?

The images are pretty bad. I took them from internet. These football pitches are made with EU money. They are in Finiş, which is a commune in Bihor County, Romania, two kilometers from the town of Beiuş. It is composed of four villages: Finiş, Fiziş, Ioaniş and Şuncuiş.
