Why this image or video?

The World Cup in South Africa changed our country overnight. I do not remember joy like that for a very long time. The only great sadness was that just before the opening ceremony Nelson Mandella's 13 year old granddaughter Zenani, died in a car accident returning from a World Cup concert at the Orlando Stadium. It meant we saw very little of Mandella during the games. I did however find this newspaper advert tied to a telegraph pole in Johannesburg on the day of the first match.
